Cover art for Theodore Sturgeon’s More than Human by Richard Powers.
Written in 1953, the book involves six people who can “blesh” (blend/mesh) their characteristics and powers together for a synergistic effect. Amazing story and one that’s influence is still felt in modern science fiction writing.
Highly recommended.
